Light Therapy Pics...






So, this is how you use them.
You look at them, for just 5 minutes straight for instance, and then you let go. You should probably take like a 10 minutes “ break”, afterwards.  Just of “ Being”, doing Nothing, trying to feel it. And that’s that, then seeing how you feel, later on , or during the day or etc…
You might also, decide to take notes, afterwards if you feel like it,  right after in the 10 minutes break or completely later on during the day for instance,  you’ll see how you feel, how it feels. As you might get some impressions coming to your mind, and they could indeed help you out, help you getting some clarity, getting some healing.
