Advice to
survive the New Age, the Dark Age …it’s an age..
Number 1, one
and probably the most important one:
, DON’T
WAIT, DON’T MENTALLY WAIT, IT IS AN AGE, IT WON’T BE OVER SOON……it’s 2000 light
years falling. It is an age, it is the dark age, all you will see , is
sickness, screams, terror, pain, folly …etc.. for quite some time, that’ll be
the new normal. Don’t even bother wanting it to not be so, that’s how it’ll BE.
( WHEN WILL IT END …? ..you’ll ask
yourself?. The answer when Spirit, Conscience has started to awaken….then it’ll
slow down , not End…). It is the beginning of the dark age, that “ age” , that you
were all waiting for, the so called “ Age of Aquiarus, Age of Light etc…,
actually it’ll be an age of darkness for you , on terra , in the milky way, and
it can’t be stopped anymore. You will feel hunger, thirst, wanting(desire)
beyond belief, you will pain, screams, agony , beyond belief , that’s all you
will see, that’s all it’ll be. This what you do, Be in a relationship it’ll be
easier this way, you will feel the kind of desire which will truly drive you
Nuts, drive you crazy, if in a relationship you can help each other dissolve it
at times, and at times you won’t make it, and you will have sex, better be in a
monogamous relationship for that. …
2- I can’t
tell you to never eat, I know you won’t listen to me, but try to eat only Once
a day if possible, A real Heavy full meal , only Once, and then maybe later on
you will even reduce that. But eat only Once.
And I mean a full meal, not little snacks, sweets, Nah …like they say
Real Food. But only Once, preferably
after you have done “ Inquiring”. If eat too much will only always fill loaded, heavy, feel sick, feel
like shit…, but you know how hard it is to do.
3- Is OF
COURSE, INQUIRE, INQUIRE, INQUIRE, DON’T STOP……, NEED to lose as many forms as
possible in the smallest time possible.
4- Find a
hobby, a thing you like doing to relax, playing video games, going roller
skating, whatever , just something else that you do, and that you Enjoy and can
do for hours, something which make you a bit Present….but not food, or sex, or
alcohol, etc…purely mental fill, mental “food”
5- Try to
lose as many “ stuff” as possible, I mean in your schedule, I’m not talking
about physical stuff necessarily, I mean Free up your schedule, you’ll Need
Space, and you’ll Need to SLEEP, I mean serious SLEEP, serious DEEP REST.
6- Stay with
family and friends and try to do it, together, or any support group, help each
other out. Or like minded people, sometimes family will reject you , etc..,
anyway ,,,try to connect it’ll help.
